Rollynd Anne Aldea

Rollynd is the person who makes sure Hassan can focus on the things that only he can do. As his Executive Assistant, she handles the organisation, coordination, and detail-driven follow-through that keeps TCC running without bottlenecks.

Calendar management, email handling, bookings, reminders, light research, proposal drafting: the work that looks simple from the outside, and is anything but when it’s done properly. Rollynd does it with a calm, grounded attentiveness that the whole team feels. 

She came to TCC with nearly three years of EA experience supporting a UK-based CEO, and a genuine commitment to getting things right. She asks on the rare occasion she’s unsure, picks things up quickly, and jumps in headfirst when something needs doing. 

Outside of work, Rollynd is a mum of six. If you think about it, that’s pretty much the ultimate qualification for keeping a fast-moving agency on track.She loves long walks and will listen to pretty much anything you put on. She joined TCC as a newcomer to dental marketing and has taken to it the same way she does everything else: calmly, thoroughly, and consistently delivering.
