Dental Marketing Built on Real Industry Expertise
Most marketing agencies learn dentistry from a client brief, but we learned it from the inside.
The Creative Composite was built on 20+ years of hands-on experience in the dental world, spanning clinical roles, practice management, sales, and marketing. That background shapes everything we do for the 120+ dental practices we work with across the UK and Ireland: strategy that understands the patient journey, copy that sounds like it was written by someone who’s actually worked in a practice, and campaigns built around how dental businesses really operate, not how a generic agency assumes they do.
Trusted by over 120 dental practices across the UK and Ireland
Dental experience, not borrowed expertise
Our founder, Hassan, has worked almost every role a dental practice has, from Dental Nurse through to Business Development Manager and Practice Manager. That means we’re not learning your industry from scratch when we take you on. We already understand associate utilisation, patient conversion, the pressure of managing a diary, and what actually drives a practice’s growth day to day.
It’s why practices choose us over generalist agencies: you’re not spending your first three months explaining how dentistry works. We already know.

How we handle GDC compliance
Every piece of copy we write is checked against the GDC’s Standards for the Dental Team and its Guidance on Advertising before it goes anywhere near your website or socials. That includes checking claims are accurate and evidenced, that language doesn’t create unjustified expectations about treatment outcomes, and that specialist titles like “orthodontist” or “periodontist” are only used where they genuinely apply.
Hassan has also completed CPDUK-accredited training in dental digital marketing compliance, covering GDC standards, ASA guidance, and UK GDPR. And, of course, the entire team is skilled up. It’s the kind of detail practice owners don’t always think to ask about, until something in their marketing gets flagged.
We build GDC compliance into onboarding too. When you come on board, we run a check across your existing site and listings covering your GDC registration number, name and address consistency, and complaints procedure information, so the basics are right from day one.
How we handle ASA and CAP compliance
Beyond the GDC, dental marketing sits under the ASA’s CAP Code too. We review copy for exaggerated or unsubstantiated results claims, unfair comparisons with other practices, and language around before-and-after results that could mislead. Prescription-only treatments like Botox are never advertised to the public in anything we produce, in line with CAP rules, and we’ll work with you to find a strategy that works without compromising your integrity.
This isn’t a box-ticking exercise we run once. It’s part of how every piece of content gets reviewed before it’s published, by someone on the team who checks it as standard, not as an afterthought.
Staying ahead of a changing landscape
Dental marketing regulation doesn’t stand still, and neither do we. We’re currently rolling out CQC registration and rating displays across client websites, and we’re keeping a close eye on the CMA’s ongoing market study into private dentistry, particularly its focus on pricing transparency and payment plans. Formal guidance from that review isn’t expected until 2027, but we’d rather be ahead of it than catching up when it lands.
What this means for your practice
Compliance isn’t just about avoiding a fine. It’s about protecting your practice’s reputation and your patients’ trust. Every practice we onboard receives a patient photo, video, and testimonial consent form as standard, setting out what’s being used, where it can appear, and how long it stays live. It’s one less thing for your team to build from scratch, and one more layer of protection for you. Coming across more legal documents you need but don’t have? Speak to our team. We’re always happy to help.
