Eleanor Harper

Eleanor, better known as El, keeps client relationships running smoothly across TCC, which in practice means a lot more than it sounds. She works across ads, SEO, social and everything in between, staying on top of what’s happening, flagging what needs attention, and making sure clients always know where things stand. A win for El is a client who can see the value in what’s being done and is growing because of it.

El is a top account manager because she actually understands what she’s managing. With a background that spans digital marketing and paid social, El understands the work well enough to support across channels and bring real perspective to every account. She’s also worked with businesses of very different sizes, so she knows that a growing practice has very different needs to an established one, and adjusts accordingly.

The other thing El brings is genuine proactivity. She spots opportunities early, thinks in campaigns, and tends to have an idea ready before anyone else has clocked there’s one to be had. She doesn’t wait to be asked.

Outside of work, Eleanor is a serious foodie and a really good cook. She loves animals and has a lot of personality which, around here, fits right in.
