As Operations Manager, she connects the dots across teams, people, and processes – solving problems, improving efficiency, and creating an environment where good work actually gets done consistently.

Her background is deep and varied. With First Class Honours in Marketing and Advertising Management, 100+ brand projects across Shopify, WordPress, Webflow and BigCommerce, Fran has an undeniably strong expertise in UX/UI and conversion-focused website design. Fran knows that your dental practice’s website design is your shop window, your number one marketing tool, and she knows exactly how to make it stand out. 

Within TCC, Fran is known for her empathy, her way of bringing optimism to every single challenge, and her vision for chasing untapped potential. She’s also the person to chase the team on their time tracking and seek efficiency for everyone, because she cares about doing things properly.
