Robert James, RJ, is usually the first person a dental practice speaks to at TCC, and he makes that first conversation count. As a Sales Executive, he connects with principal dentists, practice managers, and squat practices across the UK, helping them see clearly where their digital presence is working and where it is lacking.
RJ’s approach to sales isn’t high-pressure, and it doesn’t need to be. He doesn’t pitch – he audits. He digs into a practice’s digital presence to find the specific friction points, the leaks in the funnel, that are losing patients without anyone realising. Show someone exactly where they’re losing business, with the evidence to back it up, and the conversation takes care of itself.
